Where do you ship from?
All Ayarosi orders are shipped from our logistics facilities in Lithuania.
Do you ship internationally?
Ayarosi currently ships across the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will check the available options.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Lithuania usually takes 2–4 business days.
Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Are there any customs fees or additional charges?
No. Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- unused
- returned in its original packaging
- complete with all included components and accessories
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
